Nautilus Elliptical Trainers

Nautilus ellipticals have a proven, high quality pedigree. The machines that you can buy for your home come from the same manufacturer that supplies gyms and clubs across the country. These are superior products that will help you reach your fitness goals.

There are four products in the home elliptical range. The two rear flywheel models are the NE2000 and the NE3000, the front wheel models are the EV718 and the EV716.

The NE2000 is the most affordable product in the range retailing at $2399. It has a range of features that you would expect from a quality elliptical:

Heart rate monitor - allows you to produce individual work out routines. There are both touch heart monitor sensors and also a hands-free heart monitor belt if you prefer.

Programs - there are 7 different programs in the onboard computer.

Resistance - provided by a friction-less electromagnetic system, which provides near silent operation.

The top of the range EV718, looks positively space age but you may also think that the price is out of this world at $3799. It is a bit of a cliché but it's true that you get what you pay for. One of the complaints about cheap ellipticals is that they can't stand up to wear and tear and break down after a year or so of use. With Nautilus ellipticals you can be safe in the knowledge that they manufacture for gyms and clubs so the equipment is built to withstand a pounding. In addition they have a very generous 4 years parts and 1 year labor warranty.

The EV718 benefits from being 12 inches shorter than a typical elliptical, thanks to its front flywheel design. It has "MyStride" technology that automatically adjusts to your stride and alters the workout program accordingly. This is a feature that is found on machines that are supplied to clubs. It also allows the storing of workout information for up to 5 people, so the whole family can use it.
